BIO X Remote Installation - Customers


Description

This course is intended to guide new users in the installation of the BIO X. At the end of the training, the user should be able to consistently perform the following BIO X installation related tasks:


  • Unboxing the system and removing the protective foam
  • Plugging in the system and checking that the printer powers on
  • Homing the system
  • Mounting the pneumatic printheads
  • Installing the air connectors to the printer
  • Setting and modulating printhead temperature
  • Setting and modulating printbed temperature
  • Activating and deactivating UV modules
  • Filling, assembling and loading a bioink cartridge to the system
  • Activating the compressor and checking pressure changes in each Printhead
  • Performing a ABL calibration
  • Performing a Manual calibration
  • Bioprinting a model using one, two and three pneumatic printheads
